Kagiya Kashipo has been loved locally since its founding in 1933. Kitakami Nocturne is a baked treat featuring light pastry dough enveloping sweet bean paste; you can enjoy two elegant varieties: Hokkaido red bean with cream cheese, and apple paste with walnut.
