Nanbu Toji no Sato Sake Manju
A sake manju (steamed bun) unique to Iwate, featuring a subtle aroma of sake. Produced in Shiwa Town, this area is known as the birthplace of Nanbu Toji, one of Japan's three great brewing lineages alongside the Echigo Toji of Niigata and Tanba Toji of Hyogo.
