In 1985, in response to changes in the market environment, local farmers came together to add value to their local grapes, marking the beginning of Shiori Winery's commitment to winemaking using Shiori grapes. They carefully brew small batches using grapes grown on their own estate. The warm, sun-drenched climate of Okayama nurtures a fruity and approachable flavor.
