Atami Pudding
When you dip your spoon in, it is smooth and creamy. The nostalgic flavor of egg gently spreads throughout your mouth. Atami Pudding was born from a specialty pudding shop that opened in 2017 at the end of Heiwa-dori Shopping Street. Driven by the desire to "share the charms of Atami with even more people," the shop was created by renovating a shop-cum-residence built 50 years ago. The trademark is "Kabasan," a salt-loving character inspired by the saline nature of the Atami hot springs. The retro and cute bottle design also gained great acclaim, quickly turning the shop into a popular destination with long lines. It is a new specialty of Atami that you'll want to enjoy while strolling through the hot spring town.
