Sanzakura Sake Brewery
Looking ahead to the next hundred years, the entire brewery has moved. Sanzakura Sake Brewery was founded in Meiji 10 (1877). Originally an established brewery that brewed sake in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. However, due to the aging of the brewery buildings and the impact of global warming, stable sake production was becoming increasingly difficult each year. To ensure that Sanzakura continues to be passed down for the 'next hundred years,' the path chosen was a relocation to Higashikawa Town, a place blessed with pure, clear water. In 2020, in its 143rd year since founding, the brewery took a new step forward in the northern lands. Experience a new flavor born from the meeting of Daisetsuzan's snowmelt water and Hokkaido-grown rice. Please enjoy a glass that embodies the determination of the brewers.
