Despite this, the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, leaving a crisp finish. A draft beer made using fine aroma hops recognized by brewers worldwide and 'Kitanohoshi' barley malt. It has a balanced mouthfeel—neither too heavy nor too light—making it a perfect companion for Hokkaido's dining tables. Paired with Genghis Khan (lamb BBQ) or seafood, both food and drink will flow effortlessly. A local pride that can only be purchased in Hokkaido. In autumn, the 'Furano VINTAGE,' made with freshly picked hops from Furano, also makes an appearance. A glass enjoyed in the northern lands is truly exceptional.
