With its main store located in Sunagawa, they have expanded their fanbase not only locally but nationwide through a commitment to using Hokkaido-grown ingredients. Their signature product is the moist Baumkuchen, 'Yosei no Mori' (Fairy's Forest). Artisans stay by each cake throughout the process, adjusting the thickness of the batter and the temperature as they bake. It is a romantic treat named after the image of a fairy perched on a tree stump in the forest. Another specialty is their crispy cream puffs.
