This cheesecake, known for its miraculous melt-in-your-mouth texture, spread from Otaru to the entire nation. LeTAO's Double Fromage has been the flagship product since the main store opened in 1998. It features a two-layer structure with a milky rare cheesecake on the top layer and a rich baked cheesecake on the bottom layer, which melt together in your mouth. Originally, it was a fresh cake that could only be purchased at the storefront, but in response to requests like 'I want to take this back to Honshu,' we spent about five years developing freezing technology to deliver the taste of Otaru nationwide. With a rich flavor made from carefully selected mascarpone and cream cheese, its popularity has exceeded 20 million units sold. It is a quintessential souvenir of Otaru.
