Okhotsk Beer
When poured into a glass, the brilliant aroma of hops and the rich umami of malt rise beautifully. This is an authentic 100% malt beer made using only malt, hops, water, and yeast, without any adjuncts. It is brewed at the Okhotsk Beer Factory in Kitami City, which was one of the first breweries in Japan to obtain a craft beer brewing license in 1994. The inspiration came in 1987, when local residents visited Bavaria, Germany, and were deeply impressed by the authentic beer there. This unfiltered beer is a special brew that can only be tasted at this brewery in Kitami. A dedicated craft beer born from the land of Okhotsk.
