Obihiro Beer
When poured into a glass, the fragrant aroma of malt and a pleasant bitterness rise up. It is a local beer that allows you to taste the blessings of the vast Tokachi Plain exactly as they are. Produced by 'Rancho El Paso,' a restaurant providing pasture-raised pork, this brand was born in 1996. The starting point for this single glass was the desire held by the brewer during their training period in Germany: "I want to make beer using local ingredients rather than materials sourced from outside." In Tokachi, many craft beers are being created that utilize local specialties such as malt and corn. A luxurious moment to savor the blessings of the Tokachi earth in liquid form.
