Kutsuma Seika Kibi Omote
A Japanese confectionery called "Kibi Omote," created by the long-established Kutsuma Seika in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, themed around the traditions of Bitchu. This exquisite sweet features a soft, castella-like dough wrapped around homemade smooth red bean paste or white bean paste. "Kibi Omote" is shaped like the characters from "Bitchu Kagura," a traditional folk performing art passed down since ancient times in the Bitchu region. Each piece is finished using a mold, creating an adorable appearance that brings joy just by looking at it. Kutsuma Seika is a Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1952, continuing its tradition of community-rooted confectionery making. The dynamic energy of Kagura is expressed through the fluffy dough. A refined item infused with the culture of western Okayama. Please enjoy the rich local flavors of Bitchu along with your tea.
