Hiruzen Milk Financier
A rich financier that makes full use of the milk from the Hiruzen Highlands, one of Japan's leading areas for Jersey cattle breeding. In the Hiruzen Highlands, at an altitude of about 550 meters, approximately 2,000 Jersey cows are raised, making it one of the largest populations in Japan. Jersey milk is characterized by its high milk fat content, resulting in a sweet and rich taste; because freshly milked milk shines with a pale golden hue, it is often called 'Golden Milk.'
