These kibidango (millet dumplings) are kneaded with yuzu from Kumenan Town, one of the prefecture's leading yuzu-producing areas. The refreshing aroma of yuzu and the chewy texture of the kibidango harmonize beautifully. Kumenan Town is known as a top yuzu producer in the prefecture, where over 60 farms cultivate winter yuzu that is used in various processed products such as ponzu and sweets. By combining this highly aromatic yuzu with Okayama's famous kibidango, we have added a refreshing touch of the satoyama (mountain village) landscape to a classic flavor.
