Sato Gyundo Hana Senbei Irodori
Baked by Sato Gyundo, a long-established shop located in the historic streets of Yakata-juku since its founding in Tempo 1 (1830), these are colorful rice crackers shaped like flowers. They are characterized by their gorgeous appearance and light texture. Sato Gyundo is a Japanese confectionery shop with over 190 years of history. In Yakata, an old post town on the Sanyo-do highway, they have continued to preserve handmade sweets such as Yuzumochi. 'Hana Senbei Irodori' is one of their representative masterpieces, featuring beautiful colors that are carefully finished one by one to delight the eyes.
