In Yakata, an old post town on the Sanyo-do highway, they have continued to preserve handmade sweets such as Yuzumochi. 'Hana Senbei Irodori' is one of their representative masterpieces, featuring beautiful colors that are carefully finished one by one to delight the eyes.
