Ote Manju
A representative confectionery of Okayama made by Ibe-ya, founded in 1837. Featuring an exquisite combination of thin skin fermented with amazake and smooth red bean paste, it is one of Japan's three major manju, once loved by the Lord of the Ikeda clan.
