Eieido White Cream Chocolat Daifuku 'Blanc'
A beautiful white chocolat daifuku crafted by Eieido, a long-established shop famous for its kibidango. Inside the chewy gyuhi (sweet rice dough), smooth white chocolate cream flows luxuriously. Eieido is an Okayama institution that began its history by transitioning from a ceramics shop to a confectionery shop during the Ansei era (late Edo period). While known as the original home of kibidango, they have also continued to challenge themselves with the fusion of Japanese and Western styles using traditional techniques. This daifuku is a product born from the playful spirit of such an established shop. The compatibility between its elegant appearance and the melt-in-your-mouth cream is exceptional.
