Kibi Daifuku
A chewy daifuku made by kneading millet (kibi) into the dough, reminiscent of Kibi province in Okayama, the land associated with Momotaro. It offers a different texture from the classic kibi-dango, allowing you to enjoy the rustic flavors of Okayama. Okayama has long been known as a producer of millet and is said to be the birthplace of the Momotaro legend. We have incorporated millet, linked to the land of Kibi, into the dough and wrapped it around smooth bean paste. Its specialty lies in the gentle flavor of millet and the soft mouthfeel characteristic of daifuku. With chewy dough and moderately sweet bean paste, there is a joy in tasting the familiar flavor of kibi-dango in the form of a daifuku. This is a Japanese confection that carries the scent of home, perfect to enjoy while reflecting on the history of Okayama.
