The shop name is derived from the cacao god of the Maya civilization, and they have continued their confectionery craft under the belief of "not merely reproducing European chocolate, but creating delicious chocolate suited to the Japanese climate." This is a meticulous creation using couverture from the Belgian company Callebaut. An exquisite gem known to those in the know, only available in Osaka. Its flavor accompanies an adult moment perfectly alongside wine or coffee.
