The creator is Chef Shunsuke Saegusa, who studied under the master Maurice Bernachon in Lyon, France. Founded in Osaka in 2004, 'Chocolatier Palais d'Or' is known as a Bean-to-Bar workshop that handles everything from cacao beans to finished chocolate. This particular chocolate is crafted with 100% cacao and a generous amount of lactic acid bacteria, using maple syrup instead of sugar and soy milk instead of heavy cream. A single piece filled with a bitter, mature flavor and thoughtful ingredients that are good for your body.
