Kappa Ebisen Takumi-umi (Double-Brewed Soy Sauce Flavor)

A special edition of the familiar 'Kappa Ebisen' that has evolved into a much more mature flavor. Its darker color tells you that this is different from your usual shrimp cracker. This color comes from the 'double-brewed soy sauce' (Sai-shikomi Shoyu) from Kawanaka Soy Sauce, a long-established producer in Hiroshima. This time-consuming method of brewing soy sauce a second time creates a rich and deepコク (body). Furthermore, by using blue seaweed from the Yoshino River in Tokushima, algae salt from the Seto Inland Sea, and natural shrimp, the umami of the ingredients is fully brought out. While maintaining that 'can't stop, won't stop' texture, the flavor has gained significant depth. Recommended as a slightly luxurious snack for adults.
