Monaka Zanmai (Pumpkin)
The pumpkin flavor of 'Monaka Zanmai,' a product Aoki Shofuan (founded in 1984) has been dedicated to for over 30 years. The shell, made from 100% premium glutinous rice, and the bean paste are individually wrapped so they can be assembled just before eating to achieve a crispy texture. Its fluffy pumpkin sweetness is particularly popular during autumn and winter.
