Hui no Ka Kao
A chocolate version of 'Hui no Ka,' a rice flour baked sweet produced by the confectionery shop GOKAN in Kitahama, Osaka, since its opening in 2005. This fusion of Japanese and Western flavors features a dough made from 100% Koshikari rice flour from Tainai, Niigata Prefecture, kneaded with cacao mass and 56% couverture chocolate, topped with scattered chocolate chips.
