Mori no Ohagi Honjouzo Mitarashi Zakkoku Mochi
The key is the mitarashi sauce made with honjouzo soy sauce, brewed in wooden barrels over 100 years old by the long-established Hakata brewery "Jokyu Shoyu." This creative ohagi, priced at 160 yen per piece, features toasted multi-grain mochi for added aroma and is one of the five standard varieties from "Mori no Ohagi" in Okamachi, Toyonaka.
