Among its offerings, the "Yamadashi Castella" is a special item where skilled artisans known as "Roasting Technicians" handle everything from batter preparation to baking and packaging by themselves. It is so delicate that the flavor changes with the season or weather, and only a limited number of stores are authorized to carry it. A key feature is its light, elegant sweetness characteristic of Osaka, achieved using carefully selected ingredients such as fresh eggs and white granulated sugar. With a fine-textured batter that carries a subtle aroma of egg, the texture of the remaining sugar at the bottom is an irresistible treat.
