Osaka Sakusaku Waffle
"Osaka Sakusaku Waffle" is a thin-baked waffle produced by Epinar, a confectionery shop in Minoo founded in 1982. It is one of the classic Osaka souvenirs loved at locations like Shin-Osaka Station's Eki Marche. With a diameter of only 6cm and a thickness of just 5mm, the ultra-thin baked dough captures the aroma of maple and the savory scent of caramelization. The surface features an engraved "39 (Thank You)", adding a playful touch that makes it perfect for expressing gratitude. With its crispy, light texture and gentle sweetness, it is irresistibly delicious. It pairs perfectly with coffee or tea and serves as an excellent small gift.
