Founded in Osaka in 2014 by Yusuke Kitamura, a graduate of Tsuji Culinary Institute, Pudding Institute is a specialty shop committed to fully made-to-order production. The 'Combi' is a luxurious set that allows you to compare two types of vanilla beans—from Madagascar and Tahiti—tasting the different aromas from each origin at once.
