Fukujudo Hidenobu Ebisu Manju & Doton Manju
A set of manju (steamed buns) full of Naniwa charm, produced by the long-established 'Fukujudo Hidenobu' founded in 1948. The set features two types: 'Ebisu Manju,' named after Ebisu, the god of business prosperity, and 'Doton Manju,' named after Dotonbori. The Ebisu Manju contains smooth smooth bean paste (koshian), while the Doton Manju contains yolk bean paste (kimian), providing a distinct change in flavor despite their bite-sized nature. They showcase elegant and careful craftsmanship refined in the entertainment district of Nanba. These Japanese sweets, adorned with Osaka place names and good fortune, are a joy to receive. Perfectly sized for tea time, they are a reliable choice for gifts to superiors or simple greetings.
