Deiribashi Kintsuba
Established in 1930, this is the specialty kintsuba from the famous Deiribashi Kintsuba-ya in Osaka. Kintsuba is a Japanese confection born in the Kansai region, consisting of a square block of red bean paste coated in a thin layer of wheat flour dough and pan-fried one by one on an iron plate. Made with the same recipe since our founding, it features a subtle sweetness. You can clearly taste the natural flavor of the adzuki beans, creating a delicious, non-cloying taste that makes you want to eat more. This is a product that has been loved for a long time in the Deiribashi area, which was once bustling with ship cargo handling. Its simple, rustic nature is exactly what makes you crave it again.
