Sablé Échiré & Florentine
Featuring 'Échiré,' an A.O.P. certified fermented butter produced in the village of Échiré, France since 1894 and which won first prize at the 1900 Paris World Expo. These sablés and florentines, baked by the first specialty shop in the Kansai region to open in the Hankyu Umeda Main Store in 2012, are a luxurious treat characterized by their prominent, rich buttery aroma.
