Crafted by Koichi Yoda, born into a family of third-generation Japanese confectionery artisans. After working as an office worker and training in his family business, he opened "Wagashi-ya Yodamochi" in Heibejima, Osaka, in 2014. The shop is renowned for its craftsman-like dedication to finishing products only upon order. The sophisticated sweetness of the white bean paste is elegantly complemented by the rich aroma of rum raisins. It is a delightful Japanese sweet that makes for a wonderful gift, offering the fun experience of assembling your own monaka.
