This masterpiece from chocolatier Pare d'Or features the renowned sake "Dassai." Pare d'Or is a specialty chocolate shop founded in Osaka in 2004 by Chef Shunsuke Saegusa, who hails from Osaka. For the Dassai Chocolat, we use the Daiginjo "Dassai Polished Two-Thirds," incorporating the maximum amount of Dassai that the ganache can hold. Upon tasting, you will first experience the smoothness of the chocolate, followed by the gentle rising of the sake's full-bodied aroma. This is a luxurious chocolate reflecting the spirit of Japan, making it the perfect gift for sake lovers.
