A steamed cake themed after Tochigi's soul drink, 'Lemon Milk,' with a sweet aroma rising from its yellow sponge. Its official name is 'Kanto/Tochigi Lemon.' It is a milk beverage created by Utsunomiya's Kanto Milk shortly after the war during an era when sugar was precious. Although it once disappeared due to the closure of Kanto Milk, the recipe was revived in 2005 by Tochigi Nyugyo in Tochigi City. That nostalgic flavor has been transferred into this moist and soft steamed cake.
