Amakusa Shuzo Shochu

Their representative brand, 'Ike no Tsuyu,' is a sweet potato shochu that was revived by the fourth generation after it had once ceased production. They still cherish traditional methods, collecting every single drop using a Kabuto-gama style distiller.
