Mojiko Baked Curry

It is told that the dish came about when they poured curry into an earthenware pot and baked it in an oven, resulting in a fragrant finish. Mojiko, a trading port since the Meiji era, was a high-collar town where Western food culture flourished. This dish was born from that very soil.
