Utilizing long-cultivated sake brewing techniques, they produce small batches of craft beer incorporating authentic German styles. The lineup consists of four types: Kölsch-style 'Botchan Beer,' Alt 'Madonna Beer,' Stout 'Soseki Beer,' and Weizen 'Nobosan Beer.' Each is named after something related to Matsuyama.
