Kaiyo Town, facing the Pacific Ocean, is the warmest town located in the far south of Tokushima Prefecture. Sudachi grown under this warm climate possesses a distinct aroma and acidity. This liqueur captures that refreshing flavor by slowly infusing local sudachi into shochu. Its clean, crisp finish is its main charm. When served on the rocks or with soda, a refreshing sensation reminiscent of a sea breeze spreads along with the scent of sudachi.
