Nagi Beef, the brand beef of Nagi Town, is a single breed that combines both marbling and the umami of lean meat. The cattle are raised healthily surrounded by abundant nature and clear air, including the 1000-meter class mountains of the Nagi Mountain Range. Our commitment lies in the feed. We strive for integrated crop and livestock production, primarily feeding them rice straw collected locally, and during the finishing period, we provide powdered 'Sakushu Kuro,' a specialty black soybean from the Shoei region.
