Soja Dog
If you walk through Soja City, the 'Soja Dog' is something you must taste. Born in 2010 amidst the B-grade gourmet boom, this hot dog originated in Soja from a desire to 'energize the local community.' To officially call itself a Soja Dog, a shop must be certified by the Promotion Research Association, with the condition that it includes at least two ingredients produced in Soja City. It is packed with local bounties such as Senryo eggplant, black soybeans, and Pione grapes. You can enjoy a wide variety of unique flavors depending on the shop, including Japanese-style, chili sauce, and curry.
