Nanko Soba
Nanko Soba, a specialty of Shijonawate City, is a dish named after the warrior Kusunoki Masashige (known as Ko-Nanko), who had deep ties to this land. Shijonawate Shrine, nestled at the foot of Mount Iimori, was established in 1889 to enshrine Lord Masashige.
