Endo Shuzojo
Clear, easy to drink, yet full of flavor. 'Keiryu', brewed by Endo Shuzojo in Suzaka City, is loved by a wide range of generations. Endo Shuzojo was founded in 1864. It is a brewery with a prestigious history, having once served as the official supplier to the Suzaka Clan. Brewed using ultra-soft underground water from Mount Neoko and Miyama Nishiki sake rice grown in Shinshu, their sake has received numerous awards, including gold medals at the National New Sake Awards. In particular, 'Keiryu Asashibori'—which is bottled immediately after pressing and refrigerated—gains popularity every year for its crisp finish.
