Ishikawa Shuzo has a history of brewing beer dating back to the Meiji era, and in 1998, after many years, they resumed beer production. Utilizing the water and techniques cultivated through years of sake brewing, TOKYO BLUES was born under the theme of "Challenge and Innovation." At the restaurant "Fussa Beer Hut" located on the brewery grounds, you can enjoy a freshly poured glass alongside Italian cuisine.
