Nakasadauchi Edamame
A brand of edamame that Tokachi is proud of, known nationwide as 'Nakasadauchi Edamame.' The significant temperature difference between day and night concentrates the sweetness within the beans. We use a variety called 'Osode-no-mai,' which is considered ideal for edamame. It boasts a plump texture and a rich, flavorful taste. A wonderful feature is that these frozen edamame capture the deliciousness of being freshly picked through rapid freezing, allowing you to enjoy them all year round, regardless of the season. It is the ultimate companion for an ice-cold beer. As you pop the beans out of the pod and take a bite, the sweet, rich flavor of the beans fills your mouth, bringing the essence of Tokachi's short summer to life.
