Hanabatake Bokujo
Located in Nakasatsunai Village, Hanabatake Bokujo once took the world by storm with its Nama Caramel. Owned by celebrity Yoshitaka Tanaka, this farm has now become a representative popular spot in Hokkaido. In addition to their signature Nama Caramel, they are well-reputed for authentic cheesemaking; in particular, their Raclette and Caciocavallo have received high acclaim in numerous domestic and international competitions. They offer a wide variety of dairy products that make full use of freshly squeezed milk from Tokachi. The freshly made flavors unique to the farm are a luxury you can only encounter here.
