Taiki Cheese
Taiki Town, known as the 'Town of Space,' is actually also a thriving dairy farming community. It is said that approximately 90% of the high-quality raw milk produced in the town is processed into cheese. Using milk from cows raised freely on the vast pastures of Tokachi, various natural cheeses and Camemberts are carefully handcrafted one by one in workshops such as Handa Farm, which has been passed down through four generations since before the war. These specialty cheeses feature a rich, vibrant milk flavor. Please consider these flavors, nurtured by the endless sky and earth, as a souvenir from Taiki.
