Hoshizora no Kuroushi (Starry Sky Black Beef)

"Hoshizora no Kuroushi" is a brand of beef born from 30 years of trial and error in the town of Shibecha, which borders the Kushiro Marsh. They are carefully raised in a harsh environment where temperatures reach 30°C in summer and drop to -25°C in winter. As a crossbreed of Japanese Black (Kuroge Wagyu) and Holstein, its characteristics include juicy, chewy lean meat and flavorful fat. The quality is supported by the subsoil water of Lake Mashu and vast pastures where no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used. This is a romantic breed worthy of its name, reflecting the star-filled sky. Please enjoy the savory flavor of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat through steaks or yakiniku. It is a prideful taste nurtured by the land of Shibecha.
