Abira Cheese
Abira Town is the birthplace of cheese production in Japan. It was in 1990 that Muminsha was born in the Hayakita district, driven by the desire to 'rekindle the light of cheese making.' Their flagship product, 'Camembert Hayakita,' boasts a creamy and mellow texture. It is carefully crafted using fresh raw milk sourced from the local Higashi-Tobetsu area, with recipes refined to suit Japanese tastes. They are highly skilled producers with multiple awards from the All Japan Natural Cheese Contest. While rich in flavor, it has a clean aftertaste. Please try adding this masterpiece from our dairy town to your dining table; it is the perfect companion for wine.
