Shibetsu Genghis Khan
This is a luxurious Genghis Khan experience that can only be enjoyed in Shibetsu, the town of sheep. We use Suffolk lamb, a brand of mutton that our local area is proud of. Raised on plenty of grain, Suffolk lamb has a deep umami flavor and an incredibly tender texture. Because it has less of the strong odor or gamey taste typical of mutton, we also recommend it to those who are 'not a big fan of Genghis Khan.' It is sure to change your perception of lamb. Enjoying freshly grilled sheep, carefully raised on farms in Shibetsu, will undoubtedly become one of the unforgettable highlights of your Hokkaido trip. You can enjoy it with your preferred seasoning, whether it be sauce or salt.
