At the Furano Cheese Factory, various types of natural cheeses are prepared using fresh Holstein milk delivered directly from the nature-rich pastures of Furano. Our signature product is 'Wine Cheddar,' a red wine-infused cheese that was the first of its kind made in Japan. You can encounter unique flavors created through the reliable skills of our artisans. In addition to being able to tour the glass-walled production room, hands-on experiences making butter, cheese, and ice cream are also popular.
