It was conceived from a desire to let more people know about the excellence of Furano's ingredients—the vegetables, rice, and meat are all incredibly rich. To truly call itself this name, there are six strict rules: the rice and eggs must be from Furano, it must use Furano cheese or wine, a flag must be placed in the center of the omelet, and it must always be served with 'Furano Milk.' This dish condenses the blessings of vegetables and cheese grown by local farmers into a single plate. It offers a warm flavor unique to this lavender town.
