Soya Kuroushi
This is a brand of beef from the great northern lands, raised at Japan's northernmost pasture. Soya Kuroushi is a premium brand of beef produced at the Cape Soya Ranch in Wakkanai, the northernmost point of Japan. The cattle are raised by grazing freely on vast pastures where sea breezes blow, fed with home-grown grasses and wild plants rich in minerals. Raised in a stress-free and disease-free environment, the beef is characterized by a harmony of firm, rich lean meat and elegant, light fat. We are also thoroughly committed to quality control, such as implementing breeding practices certified by Zen-Noh's safety and security system. Because you can strongly taste the umami of the lean meat, its flavor can be fully enjoyed in dishes like steak or hamburger patties.
